Before booking your appointment, contact AXA to confirm that your policy covers physiotherapy treatment.
Make sure you have the following information available:

Your AXA authorisation number.

The number of physiotherapy sessions authorised or your total treatment allowance.

Details of any excess on your policy and the amount payable.

Inform AXA that you would like to receive physiotherapy treatment at our clinic and provide the following details:
